We came away from that comparison incredibly impressed with AMDs chip. The company did little more than announce the name: There were no specific technical details given, no hardware to test, nor any release dates or times. Well, mostly. Exact release dates and partners are still under the veil, but we can tell you the CPU will ship in volume next month.
